My straps are so hard to tighten/pull. It’s frustrating because it feels like it gets loose and I have to retighten but it irritates her when I try to pull them and hardly get anywhere.

I used to put my daughter in the carrier laying on my bed, sit infront of her, lean back and just put her on like a regular backpack, and tighten the straps before standing up 😊 might be a lil easier
