Why do you think you’d lose your period from exercise/eating healthy? I do about 2 hours of cardio a day and strength train 3X a week and I’m healthier then I’ve ever been.

not an influencer but i am a gym girly. working out/eating clean consistently has lightened my periods and made my cramps so much more bareable. which im so grateful for! it’s different for everyone.

Yeah it really isn’t sustainable for most people, I lost mine when i wasn’t even “that lean” compared to them, just cause of how active I became not necessarily not eating enough
