I hate hate HATE that there isn’t any cs anymore. Just a pointless faq or ai. I want to call a PERSON and get my problem resolved immediately. But most places don’t even have cs numbers anymore

AI should never be used for generating critical data for the end-user. Hallucination is a very well known thing. AI requires supervision. An AI-based company ignoring this fact is a joke.

The Meta AI invented and then told me the website address for a local business. The website did not exist. Then the AI told me it didn't do that because it could not provide website addresses.
