Roast the Ingredients 🔥: • Roast 8 tomatillos, 2 large jalapeños, 1 piece of onion, and 2-3 garlic cloves in a pan or comal until slightly charred. 3. Make the Green Sauce 🥣: • Blend the roasted ingredients with 1 poblano pepper (seeds removed), a handful of cilantro, 1 tbsp chicken bouillon, and 2 cups chicken broth until smooth. 4. Cook the Tinga 🍳: • Heat some oil in a pan and sauté 1/2 white onion (sliced) 🧅 until softened. • Add the shredded chicken to the pan, then pour in the green sauce.
