It’s based on demand…3-6 months behind the need..prices will drop because demand is low. Interest will level out due to tariffs & materials. The unemployment rates are increasing smh

Before we moved from Missouri to the Gulf Coast, we looked at a few homes. 3/2 homes were going for around 200K. When we finally did move a year later, a 3/2 homes were going for over 300K.
