@mylove.gems: My Journey Day 13 - On Wednesday, I pushed so hard to beat my numbers on Tuesday. My therapist had an off day; which I was with Grant. Grant was 6’5” tall. He pushed me two times harder. I had to remind him that I was a girl that just had Spine surgery with legs injured. 🙄 😢 I walked 4 different times with standing and a sitting breaks because my pain levels were extremely high. My 1st walk 100ft, 2nd walk 100ft, 3rd walk 100ft, and lastly 4th 196ft. Grant, decided to do trigger test but I think her tests to see if I was telling the truth about my pain. 🤨 He first pushed me in my incision when I wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing‼️😖 Next was on the booty side cheek and he almost got punched in the stomach, period‼️ Grant, stated you’re telling the truth‼️ Wow really ‼️😳 But we’re still friends‼️😂 One thing that I can say is that the Therapists that are working with actually care about me and my progress. 🙏🏽🙌🏽 My friend’s came to visit with. I enjoyed her company.
