The only thing Agents always get is the 10% Agent fee , Sometimes most greedy landlord give the Agent 5% and still keep the remaining 5% to themselves, after collecting 10%Agreement fee and outrageous service charge , your fight should be with Landlords and their outrageous house prices not Agents….. But what do I know , Most Nigerians lack sense.
