We need to hear from other LEOs. Most of us disagree with what cop said about per Florida law.Is it against the law to refuse to ID in this circumstance? Please enlighten us 1 way or another.

As long there is no crime on the scene, and someone refuses to provide identification, that is certainly not a legal reason to arrest them. Officer, you need R.A.S atleast first! LEARN THE LAW!!!
