I live in Riyadh and I suffer from heel pain every morning. I went to Antalya, and when I woke up there, the pain completely disappeared — for two whole weeks I had no pain at all. Nothing else in my routine, diet, or footwear had changed. So what could be the reason? I returned to Riyadh two days ago and have been monitoring my condition to see if the pain will come back as before. And indeed, I’ve started to feel the early signs of discomfort again, especially upon waking.

I have flat feet I actually don't have pain but it is sore at the back of my heel and it's sore stepping on my foot especially when I've rest my foot and want stand up and put my weight on my foot it is sore

I’ve had Morton’s neuroma in my rt foot for about 2.5 years. Driving & standing for more than an hour both aggravate the pain. I’ve tried physical therapy, acupuncture, & a cortisone shot.
