I mouth tape, love it. I’m a back sleeper. Works like a charm. If you have a chin that is recessed this and tongue training will change your face and your breathing

I’d like to see the studies. But I worked with a dentist who recommended it and he and his wife did it themselves. It helps with. Lot, including anatomical shape of your face
