👏 Thank you for sharing……. I take both of them together before a big meal 🍽️once a day and I’ve been feeling uncomfortable and sick and having gas that’s hard to pass and barely getting sleep because every time I lay down now it feels like everything I ate is sitting in my throat and very foamy ….. not having the best experience with this product, but my stomach is flat like they say, but is it worth it and I’m very constipated from it …. I was honestly doing fine before taking the 2 and was regular with pooping …. No energy now and always hungry as if I never ate I feel like I’ve been starving…… breaking out really bad….. these messed me up …. But I really wanted them to work….. sooooooo I’ll try it your way to see if anything changes
