Defence Minister No Kwang Chol's report highlighted the KPA's growth under the WPK's leadership and the significance of Kim Jong Un's focus on battalion - strengthening. Speeches shared success stories, analyzed deviations, and expressed determination to improve battalion combat efficiency. The conference ended with an award ceremony.
