@georgiaheins: The big O Is it good? Is it bad? I’m not here to judge - I’m here to inform. Because while Ozempic can create weight loss, it doesn’t teach you how to fuel your body, protect your muscle, or sustain your results. And when people come off it without a plan? Studies show most of the weight comes back. I’m not anti Ozempic… When used properly - with medical supervision and a plan to build real habits - it can be a powerful tool. For some, it’s even been life-changing. But here’s what I don’t agree with: Using it as a shortcut to avoid doing the real work your body needs to feel better, move better, and stay healthy. Whichever path you’re on - you still need a strategy. Let’s do it the smart way.
Ozempic is a shortcut- no it freaking ain’t!!! I’m working just as bloody hard!!!!!

Ozempic is not a shortcut, it's a tool to aid weight loss. You're correct, you do need a plan and Ozempic aids in making the plan manageable.

It’s not a shortcut because that implies that it can work for everyone and everyone can also succeed without it on a normal diet but people are different

But so does high fibre and magnesium rich foods, as magnesium triggers the release of the other peptide hormone cholecystokinin, which also regulates gut motility.
