Why do people with pots pass out? I have pots and my heart rate is like 140-180 every day but I have never passed out. Is it because some of you have low blood pressure?

I'm a dancer and I'm in the process of being diagnosed with POTS and it's super funny because halfway through the choreography I always need to stand backstage for a while so I don't faint.
