Add sliced beef and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned and just cooked through.  4.	Sauté the Veggies: In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp oil. Stir-fry the onion, red bell pepper, and broccoli for about 3–4 minutes, until slightly tender. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. 5.	Combine Everything: Add in the cooked noodles and pour in the sauce. Toss everything together and cook for another 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly. 6.
