@mahmoudabuhamda: قبل الحرب، كان ميناء غزة أحد أبرز معالم المدينة وأكثرها حياة. كان ملتقى للعائلات ومنفذًا للهواء النقي، بعيدًا عن ضجيج الأزمات اليومية. كان مشهد الغروب فيه فريداً ساحراً أما اليوم، فقد تغيّر كل شيء. قوارب الصيادين تحوّلت إلى حطام، والمكان الذي كان ينبض بالحياة بات شاهدًا على الخراب. واجهات الميناء تهدّمت، والهواء النقي أصبح مثقلاً برائحة الدخان، واختفت لحظات الغروب الساحرة بالنسبة لي، كان ميناء غزة من أحب الأماكن إلى قلبي كمصوّر. اعتدت زيارته باستمرار عند الغروب، لأوثّق تداخل الضوء مع البحر في مشهد يفيض بالجمال والسكينة، وكان دائمًا مصدر إلهام لصورة تنطق بما تعجز عنه الكلمات. الصور المرفقة تم التقاطها على مدى عدة أعوام: 2012، 2013، 2017، 2018، 2020، 2021، 2022، و2023. . كان برفقتي في هذا المشروع : صديقي مصور الدرون الراحل محمود سليم رحمه الله . Before the war, Gaza’s port was one of the city’s most vibrant and iconic landmarks. It served as a gathering place for families and a source of fresh air, far from the noise of daily crises. The sunset there was uniquely magical. Today, everything has changed. The fishermen’s boats have turned into wreckage, and the once-lively place now stands as a witness to destruction. The port’s facades have collapsed, the fresh air is now thick with smoke, and those enchanting sunset moments have vanished. For me, Gaza’s port was one of the dearest places to my heart as a photographer. I used to visit it regularly at sunset to capture the interplay of light and sea — scenes filled with beauty and calm — always offering inspiration for images that spoke louder than words. No-Knead Cheese Garlic Bread Rolls in #airfryer #Recipe ⤵️ ✔️Dough 1 tsp instant dry yeast (3g) 2 tsp sugar (8g) 3/4 cup lukewarm water (180ml) 1/4 cup veg. oil (60ml) 1 & 3/4 cups all purpose flour (240g) 1/4 tsp salt (1g) ✔️Filling 2 bulbs roasted garlic 1 tbsp chopped parsley (4g) 1/4 cup unsalted butter (60g) pinch of salt (1g) 150g grated mozarella/cheddar cheese ✔️Extra *beaten egg (for eggwash) *some flour for dusting Procedure: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine together the yeast, sugar, lukewarm water and oil. Stir until sugar dissolves. 2. Add the flour and salt. Mix until just dough forms and no more loose flour. 3. Cover the dough and let it proof for 1 hour. 4. Prepare the garlic bulbs, by chopping off its top. Place it on foil and drizzle with veg. oil. Wrap the garlic in the foil securely then air fry at  200°C for 25 mins.   5. Once the garlic is roasted, let it cool. In a small mixing bowl, squeeze the garlic out of its skin. Add the butter, parsley and salt. Mix until just well combined. Set aside.  6. Once dough is proofed, dust some flour on the work counter/table. Flatten / Roll the dough out on the floured counter into a rectangle with size 16x10 inches.  7. Spread the prepared garlic filling evenly into the flattened dough. Roll it into a log then cut it into 9 pieces. (You can alter the rolls size or quantity that will fit to your air fryer). 8. Place the rolls in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper. Cover it and let it rest for about 15mins.  9. Brush top of the rolls with eggwash (beaten egg). (You can use liquid milk as substitute for egg). Sprinkle with chopped parsley. 10. Air fry at 160°C for 20 to 25 mins.
