"Failure to change your address" maybe y'all wouldn't change people for that and they would??? I'm for real I changed mine but they lost my ID in the mail so it's right in the system but not in my card, & they said I gotta pay for a new one even though THEY didn't get it delivered. F That. If I get pulled over I'm just saying I been waiting on my card, but I put in the change and if that's not good enough, I'll argue it in court.

I did that the other day. Unregistered, failure to produce insurance card, license expired and parked on the wrong side. Only gave a parking ticket and had him park it in the driveway… We aren’t all looking to hammer people.
