It means your room is really humid, get a dehumidifier and it should stop! I lived in a really dry valley and this neverrrr happened to me. The salt is drawing moisture from the air!

It’s warm when the light is on it creates condensation on the outside and it drip off leaving a pool of salt

rock salt like that is extremely hydroscopic. which means it will pull water out of the air like a dehumidifier. the absorbed water then gets released and dissolves some of the rock.

blocks of salt just do that, pulling water out the air. there's chemistry ions and charge jiggery pokery but yeah, it turns humidity into salt water

when the lights on. it evaporates the toxins and moisture it absorbed. when you turn the light off. it let's it out. keep the light on. it won't leak
