How is the lumbar support and ability to pull up to your desk and sit up straight comfortably? When you pull up to you desk, is the back supporting your back or do you have to lean in?

Oh yeah! I already have this and this is true. Although the foam is flattening faster than I would like in some areas and the arm rests are not adjustable. Other than that, best chair I've ever had so far.
