On retourne aux bases aujourd’hui avec les vrais cannelés bordelais comme on les aime ! Crousti à l’extérieur, fondant à l’intérieur… Ingrédients : • 250 g de lait • 70 g de farine • 30 g de beurre fondu • 1 sachet de sucre vanillé • 110 g de sucre • 1 œuf entier + 1 jaune d’œuf • 3 càs de rhum • 1 càc de vanille liquide Préparation : On commence par faire bouillir le lait avec le beurre et le sucre vanillé. À côté, on fouette l’œuf entier + le jaune avec le sucre. On rajoute la farine, on mélange bien. On verse petit à petit le lait chaud sur la préparation tout en fouettant pour éviter les grumeaux. On ajoute le rhum et la vanille. On laisse poser la pâte au frigo minimum 12h (oui, il faut être patient).
