ill only use 3d printed parts to make molds from, and then turn that into parts. or perhaps as part of composite parts anyways. but faster, depends on the printer and quality of prints...

CAD cost twice as much as bumper. rolls of plastic same as bumper with electricity. It’s weaker and that bumpers a 4day print not to mention the cost of a printer that size. Only benefit print a plug for moulding

You need the file with 3D(good luck) or scan it (good luck buying device), but 3D printer, material etc its cheaper buy brand new one unless you know who makes them with 3D printer and good luck fit
