I’m confused how he got the macros. 8ozof barilla pasta , 200 calories per 2oz. 8 oz of pasta would be 800 calories. But he says the overall calories are less than 800 calories?

I made this tonight but without the pepper flakes. I thought it was delicious but next time I need more spice. My husband loved it and had 2 helpings, and suggested adding water chestnuts. Daughter loved it too.
