Maddie and Nonna :
🩷Recipe - 6 egg whites - 2 egg yolks - 100g icing sugar - 200g self raising flour - 150g butter, melted - 50ml coffee - 1tbsp baking powder - 1tsp vanilla sugar (or extract) - 300g walnuts, crushed - Pinch of salt Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until firm like snow. Then slowly stir in the icing sugar with a spoon. In a seperate bowl, add egg yolks, coffee, butter, vanilla sugar, baking powder and mix. Add flour and mix. Add egg whites (with icing sugar) and mix gently. Then add walnuts and mix together. Pour in lined cake tin and bake at 180C for 35mins
