FYI the Catholic Church is the only denomination in the Christian religion started by Jesus Christ with Peter as the 1st pope. Protestant Methodist Baptist Episcopal etc were started by man.

Martin Luther wanted to do his will. He wanted to get married with a nun and the Cristian Catholic Church said no. That is what happened. Just like Henry the eighth whom broke ties with the Cristian Catholic Church to get married to Ann Bolin. People want do do their own will not the will of God

I want to add, all the money generated from Churches are for public use like to build churches, schools, hospitals etc. But in protestants, money goes to individual Pastor.
