My 1st-3rd grade math teacher definitely thought I had absence seizures (it was just adhd but I wasn't diagnosed till I was 12) and every time she noticed me being zoned out she'd always walk up to my desk and greet me with a "Thinking of better times?" and wave a hand in front of my face, oddly enough it worked every time.

In primary school we were apparently having a random test but when they were explaining about the test I had been in the middle of an absence seizure n when I came out of it I was trying to ask a friend to help me as I was unsure what we were doing and got into trouble for not doing the test myself🥲 also my class would shout “Vegemite” as a code word to the teacher if I was in the middle of a seizure no idea why😂😆
