I usually don’t wash my hair while doing this challenge (unless the buildup is crazy) but if you decide to join in, do whatever makes you the most comfortable.🥰 I’ve SEEN the results when I comes to this and hopefully you do too🩷 “What’s a 30 challenge for natural hair?” It’s a challenge that makes you manipulate your hair often. While the motto in the community is to “leave you hair alone” it’s not saying to not hydrate and moisturize your hair. This is why during the challenge you keep your hair in low tension hair styles.🗣️ Now this works for me and my type 4 low porosity hair.
