You have to go full power on the 1st turn to not slide off most of the time, and no handbrake is a bit rare of a site to initiate like that in riga

what have you done with the tune? i haven't drifted in a while, but if i remember correctly i used quite a bit of toe in at the rear also it's good to check if you get full tire contact mid drift

instead of clutch kicking. come in with a big flick and dab the handbrake to settle and then stomp on it and it will pull u through it. should set you up for the rest of the track
