I put my lateral delt work on lower day to even the session lengths as upper can be disproportionately longer. Fatigue is no problem either 💪

In other u/l split videos i see they hit a flat press/ fly on day and an incline the other day.I also know that you should hit each muscle group twice. I saw something saying that you should hit both parts of the chest twice a week, so an incline and a flat/fly twice a week. But in other split videos they only hit each part of the chest once a week. What is the right thing to do?
