I'm going to do squash but ONLY after the borers hatch. so June maybe July? I'll never plant them in spring again. (I've planted lots of marigolds near them, didn't help)

Ive heard this with marigolds too! New house doesn’t seem to have the same squash bug issues but I still plant marigolds anyway
