@kevinmccarthytv: IMAX 70mm NYC premiere for SINNERS. These were my seats back on April 3rd. One of the best theatrical experiences I’ve ever seen. To see the success of this film has been truly remarkable. An original film written and directed by one of the best filmmakers of our time. If you get a chance, try to see SINNERS in IMAX 70mm. The 2.76 to 1.43 aspect ratio jumps are truly breathtaking. And major shout-out to @addp for her incredible work on the film. That oner in the surreal montage is pure magic. Every single shot is perfection. One of the best cinematographers of our time. Congrats to every single person who worked on this brilliant project. I’ve been lucky over the years to witness Christopher Nolan’s film in IMAX 70mm including The Dark Knight, Dunkirk, Interstellar, Oppenheimer and I’ll never forget seeing Brad Bird’s Ghost Protocol at AMC Lincoln Square in 1.43. There’s nothing like seeing narrative storytelling on that scale. It changed my relationship to cinematic immersion forever.
