Face overlay/skin detail… this sometimes happens to me and I forget the overlay is for a female sim, sometimes cc creators will make versions of the same overlay but one is for male and the other is for female sims, so if you plan on downloading an overlay, check to see if there’s 2 versions!

This happened to me too, but I solved the problem. I had installed a pre-installed sim. After deleting it, it went back to normal. My advice is, if you're experiencing this, delete the most recent mods you installed. Only then will you be able to find them. I'm using Google Translate. I might be wrong.
