I think that you just got a bad security check. Because they usually let people through with water containers like a Stanley, as long as it's empty. How traumatic full body security Check poor MIL ❤️

Girl. I was at Heathrow in October and watched some similar stuff. We were there super early too and the machines were all down to look through bags. It was nuts. 45 minutes down and then the million questions. It’s rough 😂
