Grilled chicken with marinade for protein (olive oil, garlic, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, salt, pepper & Dijon mustard!) Veggies: Cucumbers Tomatoes Peppers Pickled onion Pickled beet Broccoli sprouts Pumpkin seeds for healthy fat - high in magnesium, omega 6 fatty acids, some protein + give it a crunch! & tzatziki dip!! SO GOOD
