Friend it’s simple, mayo, mustard, scallions, if you want some crunch add celery, eggs, paprika, garlic salt, and some white vinegar, you got your potatoes and you just add everything and stir.

Look up Amish potato salad. It’s my go to recipe. In all my years of being a white girl at church potlucks in the Midwest I never saw raisins in the potato salad. Broccoli salad is a different story

Mayo, mustard, salt & pepper, dice up a bunch of dill pickles, add a few splashes of the juice. Some add raw yellow onion (I recommend sweet onion if your thinking of adding it), then chill over night
