I remember waiting my turn for one of my surgeries, hearing pop music blasting and loud laughter from inside while they finished up the patient in front. The surgeon then bounded out with a big smile, introduced himself, gently bulllied me and disappeared back into the theatre. I’ve never felt more at ease. This was just a regular day for them 😂
