i see this and i understand it but i can’t let go i have nightmares i think of it day/night as much as i try not to it’s torture. i don’t understand i dont i don’t how someone claimed to love you and be so cruel so careless of your pain and ur life. how they can make it seem like they have the best intentions then hurt you in the worst way

It helped me to instead get curios about why I was attracted to a relationship like that. It wasn’t my fault but it was my responsibility to heal the part of me that ignored the red flags.❤️
