Look, if every café started banning kids then yeah we’d have a problem, but having 1 or 2 places in a town where you can go for a chat and not be drowned out by toddlers shrieking is great actually

Tbh I’d leave my partner outside with kids and enjoy a coffee in peace - sorry lads ,no kids allowed and mummy needs an hour to herself!! 😂

But also look at it from this perspective. All mums and dads get alone time opportunity from time to time and this no kids cafes are ideal place for them to enjoy really kids free as well

as someone with kids, yeah people should have spaces where they don't have to be around other people's children, it can be good for people with autism or other disabilities to have these quiet spaces

It should be normalised sure you can go on holiday to adult only hotels, children and parents have enough space in society there should be more childfree spaces and I’m saying this as a mother!
