A simple recipe for empty éclairs filled with delicate whipped cream.🤤 Ingredients: • Water – 130 ml • 🌱Butter – 50 g • Sugar – 1 tsp • Flour – 80 g • Salt – a pinch • Eggs – 2 large Instructions: In a saucepan, combine the water, 🌱butter, and sugar. Heat over medium until the butter melts and the mixture is hot. Add sifted flour and salt all at once. Stir vigorously over the heat for a couple of minutes until the dough thickens and pulls away from the sides. Remove from heat and let the dough cool until warm. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the dough becomes smooth and creamy. Using a piping bag, pipe the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes. Let the eclairs cool completely, then fill with sweet whipped cream. Super soft and incredibly tasty!
