If you’re young and actually had a duplex ultrasound and were diagnosed with CVI, please get checked for May Thurner syndrome by an interventional radiologist if you haven’t already! I am 24 and have severe venous insuffiency from my MTS its very rare to diagnose but can be treated

This is not look like CVI (there would be more indications rather than just a small amount of edema). This can be an indication that there is a challenge with drainage/circulation. Could be due to the effects of gravity from standing for long periods, could be from sitting for long periods, could be restrictions in fascia, could be lipodema, etc.

I don’t see why all the armchair diagnoses deniers. I have edema secondary to POTS and this is my legs on a good day. When it worsens theyre often more swollen and purple.
