This video really helped me appreciate the relevance of studying the borders of the nose. I used to wonder how knowing those bones would help, but now it makes perfect sense. 😅

I think the most difficult part is when you are in the middle of surgery and suddenly u found that this patient is build differently and u have to take an immediate decision what u will do and how u will do it, just thinking of this make me nervous 😬
