ice-cream to the roof of your mouth or an ice cube, ice-cream more enjoyable tho 😂 I get migraines from rapid pressure changes, also koolnsoothe gel sheets for migraine also help at least for me

I don't do well in the heat. meds I'm on make me really susceptible to heat stroke. every summer I suffer 😩 so I feel your pain lovely❤️

4head balm it's like a chapstick that you apply to the temples forehead and neck that help relieve it and drink plenty of fluids

hot water bottle put in freezer till frozen then wrap in thin towel then cuddle to keep cool!
