jjs house online can do custom sizes for some of their dresses. Not everyone talks about this site but it's where my family got dresses for a small reception for my sister's wedding during covid

You have 3 options. Wear it like that. get a bigger size & then tailor the rest of the dress. Abandon clothes with built in cups. They are not for bustier girls.
