@alondrahorta7: I definitely think I should have added more matcha. The taste on the matcha was subtle but good. I definitely wanted my pancakes to taste sweeter so I may sweeten the batter next time a little more or with some other sweetener other than vanilla. I would give these an 8/10 simply because I wanted them a little sweeter.
