As someone who had awful mental health with braces and DID NOT take care of my teeth, I had those white things, and they're now basically completely gone, the more you brush the more they go away:)

if it makes you feel better, I brushed, Flossed, used mouthwash, consumed less sugar when wearing braces. my dentist said he's happy with my teeth but after removing my braces, I had receeded gum and some white spots

Braces screwed me up big time. The white spots can go away or they cant, depends how deep they are. Fill your retainers with toothpaste or toothmouse (calcium) to help remove them everynight. I had to

I have the same with the spots on my teeth I just kept and kept brushing my teeth they go after like days or weeks depends on how bad it is but your gums go back to normal mine where all lumpy

The spots are from decalcification more than likely. I had those once I got mine off. You can whiten your teeth, they shouldn’t be as visible. You can do gingival grafts if the recession is major!

I’m so confused. I had braces on and every month the dentist cleans everything for me before adjusting. Isn’t that the same for everyone? Why would this happen if you go to them monthly???
