Memory foam type insoles are actually the worst thing for your feet! Too much room for movement. :) learned my lesson with plantar fasciitis

Our feet are meant to be our shoes. Everytime I wear overly soft shoes my feet start cramping up. Wear hard thin shoes or don’t wear shoes at all.

guys, ladies 👏 listen.. skechers "arch fit" those shoes are literally the best for your feet. buy the shoe and take the soles out and put them in your shoes or boot. best damn sole you'll ever try.

They will cause lack of circulation to your toes eventually leading to numbness in pinky toes. Walk on flat as possible shoes until it doesn’t hurt anymore for best blood flow. We are meant to walk barefoot.
