Any walking over 15 minutes causes me to have Braxton hicks, my Ob constantly tells me to take it easy but with a toddler, that’s a bit difficult haha

I got varicose veins with my first pregnancy and have had them since. 22 years ago! I have had multiple procedures to remove and shrink them but the come back with a vengeance! They are so painful.

before my husband retired & we lived on base, I had an adult tricycle with a big basket in the back & baby seat in the front. rode to the commy & exchange all the time. so much fun & my kid loved it!
