I want all Karens to have an experience with a German cashier. depending on the store, a lot of cashiers in Germany 1. don't bag, 2. don't even provide a bag, and 3. don't have to put up with bullshit.

People would get so mad at target during back to school, we’d have to scan each color of spiral notebooks cause each color had a different barcode, like sorry lol

Similar issue with cat and dog food. Ppl will grab multiples of them and expect the cashier to scan one for all 90 of them. There are differences in price and qty of each flavor.

when I worked at bed bath & beyond, we had a button to apply 20% off for people but we weren't really supposed to use it, managers would talk to you for using it too much. if people were rude and demanded or assumed I'd give them 20% off I wouldn't do it, but the customers who were like oh darn I forgot my coupons, I'll come back later for a price adjustment (that's what we were supposed to tell customers to do) I would absolutely give them 20% off sometimes even 20% off their total vs 1 item.

HONESTLY what gets me too is quantity could have still been used, just 6 different quantities. all 30 cans didn't have to be brought up, just one of each kind

I work in a clothing store and I don’t get why it doesn’t occur to customers that a different colour and/or size necessitates a diff item code….how would you be able to order from us if it didn’t?!?!?

This is why I get so paranoid. Customers will tell me is the price which yes it is but it’s a different product/flavor so I need to scan them individually
