@thebraveryblueprint: you have to say YES to choose yourself, even when it's scary and even in small ways. If you don't say yes, you don't change anything, you'll always get what you've always got. But if you're anxious it's also understandable WHY you don't say yes but it's important to identify the problem. So if you're telling yourself you're Unlucky, but actually you're too anxious to change, reframe your story so you can get to the root of the issue. #anxiety #lucky #luckygirl #luckygirlsyndrome
