Add red chili and turmeric powder to the mix. ✨Cooking the Meat with Haleem Lentil mix - 1.36kgs / 3lb beef with bone or mutton  - 3 tbsp of Halim Spice Mix - Oil - 3 medium onions chopped (1 for beresta/tadka/baghar) - 2tsp Garlic paste - 2tsp Ginger paste  ✨Marinate all the above ingredients, cover and cook and until the oil has separated and the meat is tender  ✨ Once the meat is fully cooked, add 2.5 cups of the cooked lentil mix, and refrigerate the rest for later use. You can also adjust the mix to your desired taste and consistency. Add 1-2 cups of water if needed.
