Cozze e gamberi in padella: il sugo perfetto per la pasta o da fare scarpetta! Ingredienti ⬇️ - 500 g di cozze - 300 g di gamberi - 200 g di pomodorini - 150 g polpa di pomodoro - aglio - Peperoncino - Olio extravergine d’oliva - Prezzemolo fresco - Acqua delle cozze (filtrata) ————————— Procedimento Lava bene le cozze e falle aprire in pentola con un filo d’olio, uno spicchio d’aglio e un po’ di peperoncino. Appena si aprono, toglile dal fuoco, sgusciane la maggior parte e tienine da parte qualcuna intera per decorare. In un’altra padella fai soffriggere olio, aglio e peperoncino, aggiungi i pomodorini tagliati a metà, la polpa di pomodoro e un po’ di acqua delle cozze filtrata. Lascia cuocere qualche minuto, poi unisci le cozze sgusciate e i gamberi puliti. Cuoci tutto per pochi minuti finché i gamberi diventano belli rosa e il sugo profumato.
